Description of Service

subir-calidad-de-imagen.com is an online AI-powered tool that enhances image quality, removes noise, restores details, and upscales images up to 2X and 4X. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and WebP, with a maximum file size of 10 MB per image. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Accounts

To use paid features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@subir-calidad-de-imagen.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Free Trial and Credits

The service offers a free trial that does not require signup, subject to a limit enforced by an anonymized browser fingerprint. Signed-in users receive additional free credits. Credits are consumed per enhanced image according to the selected scaling factor. Credits and free trials are non-transferable and expire according to the plan in effect.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload images that infringe the copyright, privacy, or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to circumvent the free-trial limit by manipulating your fingerprint, clearing cookies, or changing browser settings.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, APIs, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to process images beyond the limits of your plan.

Ownership and License to Your Images

You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the enhanced results. By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service. As stated in our Privacy Policy, uploaded images are deleted from our servers within 24 hours. You may use the enhanced images for personal or commercial purposes without attribution.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are billed in advance through trusted third-party processors. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy — contact support@subir-calidad-de-imagen.com for any request.

Intellectual Property

The service, its branding, website design, and underlying AI technology are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The enhanced images you produce remain yours.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the free trial, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that enhancement results will meet your expectations or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI results may vary depending on the source image.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
